Decode Morse from sound or a picture
Play a Morse tone near the microphone, or open a recording. The decoder finds the pitch and the speed by itself and works best on a clean tone between 300 and 1500 Hz. An image works when the dots and dashes are solid shapes on a plain background, like a screenshot or a printed card. Nothing is uploaded: everything is processed on your device.
Set overall speed lower than letter speed for Farnsworth timing: letters stay quick, the gaps get longer. This is how most people learn.

How to make a Morse code bracelet
- Choose two bead colours or shapes: one for dots, one for dashes. Many makers use small round beads for dots and longer tube beads for dashes.
- Choose a small spacer bead to separate letters, and something bigger or different between words.
- Type your word above and press Bracelet pattern to get the order and the bead count.
- Thread the beads in order, add plain beads on each side to reach the length you want, and finish with a clasp or knot.
Ideas
Names, initials, a date, a place, or short words like LOVE, HOPE or SOS. Use Line in the Save panel for a clean row of dots and dashes to engrave or embroider.
